Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to fancewin and participation in any gaming, betting, or promotional activity on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. fancewin enforces these requirements strictly and without exception.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an Account on fancewin. This is an absolute minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal structures are not eligible to hold Accounts on fancewin.
• You must be accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment. Using fancewin on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fancewin, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained from fancewin management.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded Account on fancewin. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

fancewin employs automated and manual screening procedures to identify underage access attempts. Any User found to be under 18 years of age will have their Account immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage User will be returned via the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full. fancewin cooperates with parental control and age-verification service providers to support this commitment.

Account Registration

To access the full range of products and services on fancewin — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, live betting, and promotional offers — you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. fancewin relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid mobile phone number (used as your primary account identifier and for OTP verification), a valid email address, your date of birth, and your residential address within Bangladesh. You will also be required to create a secure password for your Account.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on fancewin at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. fancewin will never ask you for your password via email, support chat, or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fancewin support immediately at support@fancewin.
• fancewin reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any point during the lifetime of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. fancewin strongly recommends completing KYC at the time of registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw funds. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh NID card or passport.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fancewin — including deposits to your Wallet and withdrawals to your mobile financial services account or bank — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fancewin does not apply currency conversion charges. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits are credited to your fancewin Wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the mobile financial services provider. fancewin is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages affecting bKash, Nagad, or Rocket services. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, contact support at support@fancewin with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction to a registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. fancewin processes withdrawal requests promptly; most withdrawals to verified bKash or Nagad accounts are completed within minutes during operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM BST, Monday to Saturday) are processed on the next available business day.

• fancewin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds deposited into your fancewin Wallet may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering requirements attached to active Bonus funds have been satisfied. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your Wallet display.
• fancewin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your fancewin Account. Third-party deposits will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• fancewin is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on Wallet balances. Your deposited funds are held in a dedicated player funds account and are not used for operational expenses.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your Wallet — whether due to a software fault, payment processing error, or human error — fancewin reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your Wallet balance accordingly, regardless of whether wagers have already been placed using the erroneously credited funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

fancewin offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general Bonus terms set out in this Article.

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus credits awarded by fancewin are subject to wagering requirements (also called "playthrough requirements") unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a given Bonus specifies the total amount you must wager using the Bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the Bonus amount 30 times).
2. Bonus Expiry: All Bonuses have an expiry date or expiry window from the date of issue. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not satisfied within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are displayed in your Account's active promotions section.
3. Eligible Games: Not all games on fancewin contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates for each game category are disclosed in the individual Bonus terms at the time of the offer.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus may be active in your Wallet at any given time unless fancewin explicitly states otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. You may not claim multiple Bonuses simultaneously.
5. Abuse and Fraud: fancewin monitors Bonus activity for signs of abuse, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (so-called "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"). If fancewin determines that a User is abusing Bonus offers, it reserves the right to void all Bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the Account.
6. fancewin Right to Modify: fancewin reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to reasonable notice where such modification would materially affect an already-accepted Bonus. Changes will not apply retroactively to Bonuses already credited to a User's Wallet.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering an Account on fancewin, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any Wallet balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system forming part of the fancewin Platform.
• You must not engage in collusion with other players — for example, coordinating bets in live poker or live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• You must not exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, or software glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through a verifiable Platform malfunction are void and will be removed from your Wallet.
• You must not use the fancewin Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. fancewin applies transaction monitoring and cooperates fully with law enforcement requests.
• You must not engage in any conduct via the Platform that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fancewin staff or other users.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. fancewin makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. The responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your location rests entirely with you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fancewin Platform — including but not limited to the fancewin brand name, logo, design elements, page layouts, written content, software code, game interfaces, graphics, audio, promotional materials, and any other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of fancewin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

By using the fancewin Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any portion of the fancewin Platform content in any medium without prior written consent from fancewin.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use the fancewin brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context, advertising, or public communication without express written authorisation.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the fancewin Platform on another website or application.
• Use any data mining, crawling, or automated data collection tools on the Platform without prior written consent.

Game content delivered via third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on fancewin under valid commercial licensing arrangements. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is subject to the intellectual property protections of those providers in addition to the restrictions above.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to fancewin regarding the Platform may be used by fancewin freely and without obligation or compensation to you. By submitting feedback, you assign to fancewin all rights in that feedback to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

fancewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Breach of the one-account-per-person policy, including registration of duplicate accounts.
• Detection of fraudulent payment activity, including use of stolen or third-party payment credentials.
• Evidence of automated betting activity, bot usage, or collusion with other players.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at fancewin staff or other users.
• Breach of any Bonus terms, including Bonus abuse or coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional offers.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder themselves via the responsible gaming tools or by direct request to support@fancewin.

Where a User's Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, fancewin reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance, including both real-money funds and any active Bonus funds, in proportion to the severity of the breach. Where a User's Account is closed at the User's own request (other than self-exclusion), fancewin will process any remaining Wallet balance (excluding active Bonuses) as a withdrawal to the User's registered payment method within five business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

fancewin also reserves the right to close the Platform or any individual product offering on the Platform, temporarily or permanently, for maintenance, legal compliance, or commercial reasons. In the event of permanent Platform closure, all verified Wallet balances will be returned to Users via their registered payment methods within a reasonable timeframe communicated at the time of closure.

fancewin may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or industry best practice. When material changes are made, fancewin will notify registered Users via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any update to these Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.
